Is it safe to use my credit card on BoardersMall?
YES. When you place an order through our website, your credit card and other personal information are securely transmitted using 128-bit encryption SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software. Only the first and last 4 digits of credit card numbers are stored in our databases, in case we need to verify your card purchases. We also run your card through numerous fraud verification procedures.
What is your return policy?
At BoardersMall, we do everything we can to make sure each order arrives in perfect condition. Since we live in an imperfect world, mistakes sometimes happen...
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we send you the wrong product (including the wrong size): Not a problem. Call us within 3 days of receiving your order, and you can return the item at no cost to you. We will issue you a mechandise credit, for the original amount(including shipping fees), as long as you return the item(s) in the original packaging. T-shirts must be returned in "as-new" condition.
If you order the wrong item (or the wrong size),if you change your mind or not to happy with your order?: Just call us within 3 days of receiving your order, and let us know that you are returning it. If applicable, we will issue you a merchandise credit for the original amount(minus the shipping cost), as long as you the return item(s) in the original packaging. T-shirts must be returned in "as-new" condition. When we receive your return, we will e-mail you a gift certificate (store credit for the merchandise only). You are responsible for your return shipping costs for items you will be returning!
Note: If you choose to take a cash refund, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee(minus the shipping cost).
What is your cancellation policy?
We can only cancel orders that have not yet been marked as "Shipped.” Once we ship your order, it's too late.
